Chairman
Lip-Bu Tan has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2019 and was appointed Chairman of the board in 2022. Mr. Tan is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cadence Design Systems. He has been a member of the Cadence Board of Directors since 2004 and served as CEO of Cadence company from 2009 to 2021, and as President from 2009 to 2017. He is also Chairman of Walden International, a venture capital firm he founded in 1987, Senior Managing Partner of Celesta Capital and Senior Managing Partner for Walden Catalyst Ventures. Prior to joining Cadence, Mr. Tan was Vice President at Chappell & Co. and held management positions at EDS Nuclear and ECHO Energy. He is a member of The Business Council and serves on the board of directors of SoftBank Group Corporation and Schneider Electric. He also serves on the Board of Trustees and the School of Engineering Dean’s Council at Carnegie Mellon University and on the University of California, Berkeley’s Engineering Advisory Board. In 2016, Mr. Tan was the recipient of the Global Semiconductor Alliance’s Morris Chang Exemplary Leadership Award.

For more than 25 years, Bill Brennan has been leading and scaling organizations to deliver revenue and profit growth. Bill has served as our Chief Executive Officer and a member of our board of directors for Credo since 2013. Bill has overseen the scaling of Credo’s organization from 15 employees in 2013 to more than 300 today.
Prior to joining Credo, Bill served as Vice President, Storage Business Unit of Marvell Semiconductor for 11 years. Prior to joining Marvell, Bill held sales management positions with NEC and Texas Instruments. Bill received his BSEE degree from the University of Colorado.

Sylvia Acevedo has served as a member of our board of directors since January 2022. Ms. Acevedo currently serves on the Qualcomm Board of Directors where she is a member of the governance committee. She also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Girl Scouts of the USA from May 2017 to August 2020, and as interim Chief Executive Officer from June 2016 to May 2017. She was a board member from 2008 until 2016. Prior to her arrival at GSUSA, Ms. Acevedo served as a White House Presidential Education Commissioner. Earlier in her career, Ms. Acevedo held senior positions with IBM, Apple, and Dell. In 2018 Sylvia was listed on Forbes’ "America's Top 50 Women In Tech" and Fast Company named Acevedo one of its “100 Most Creative People in Business.” Acevedo was awarded the 2019 Hispanic Heritage Award For Leadership and was In Style’s “Number 7 on the Badass 50: Women Who are Changing the World.”

Lawrence Cheng is Credo’s Chief Technology Officer and a co-founder with over 20 years of analog design experience. He oversees all of Credo technology advances. Lawrence has served as Chief Technology Officer and a member of our board of directors for Credo since 2008. Prior to co-founding Credo, Lawrence served as Engineering Director of Analog Design for Marvell Storage Products. He holds a MSEE degree from Purdue University.

Manpreet Khaira has served as a member of our board of directors since September 2021. Mr. Khaira was Co-founder, Chairman, President and CEO of Avnera Corporation, a manufacturer of low-power analog systems-on-chip technology for audio, voice, speech, and sensor applications which was acquired by Skyworks in August 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Khaira served as Vice President and General Manager of Skyworks Solutions. He also co-founded and served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobilian Corporation, a wireless systems company, that was acquired by Intel in 2003.

Job Lam has over 20 years of engineering and operations experience in the semiconductor industry. Job has served as our Chief Operating Officer and a member of our board of directors since 2014. Job also served in various positions at legacy Credo including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the board of directors from 2008 to 2014. Prior to co-founding Credo, Job served as Senior Design Engineering Director for Marvell Read Channel Division. Job holds an M.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Minnesota.

Pantas Sutardja

Pantas Sutardja has served as a member of our board of directors since August 2015. Dr. Sutardja is the founder and has served as Chief Executive Officer of LatticeWork, a consumer electronics company, since 2013. Prior to Credo, Dr. Sutardja co-founded Marvell and served in various positions from 1995 to 2014, most recently as Chief Technology Officer. He also served on the board of directors at Marvell from 1995 to 2013. He received his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

David Zinsner has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2019. Mr. Zinsner has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intel Corporation since January 17, 2022. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Micron Technology Inc., a publicly-traded semiconductor company, from February 2018 to January 2022. Mr. Zinsner served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Affirmed Networks, a software company, from April 2017 to February 2018. From January 2009 to April 2017, Mr. Zinsner served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Analog Devices, Inc., a multinational semiconductor company. From July 2005 to January 2009, Mr. Zinsner served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intersil Corporation, a semiconductor company. Mr. Zinsner holds an M.B.A., Finance and Accounting from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
